⚖️ Case Summary

Mr. Sesha Reddy (1952–2021), a U.S. citizen originally from Fiji, was found deceased in Lawai, Sigatoka, in February 2021.

The accused, Osea Mataitoga, has been charged with two counts of murder and one count of aggravated robbery in State v. Osea Mataitoga (HAC 157/22).

The case is currently before the Lautoka High Court, presided over by Hon. Justice Riyaz Hamza.
